  3 Metallic glass uranium potentiometer

  The metal glass uranium resistance paste is coated on ceramic matrix by screen printing method and sintered at high temperature. Characteristics are: wide range of resistance, good heat resistance, strong overload capacity, moisture resistance, wear resistance and so on are very good, is a very promising potentiometer varieties, the disadvantage is the contact resistance and current noise.

  4 Wire wound potentiometer

  Wire wound potentiometers are made by using Constantan wire or nichchromium wire as a resistance plate potentiometer, sorting it, and wrapping it around an insulating skeleton. The wound potentiometer is characterized by small contact resistance, high precision and small temperature coefficient, and its disadvantages are poor resolution, low resistance and poor high-frequency characteristics. It is mainly used as voltage divider, rheostat, zero adjustment and working point in instrument.

  5 Metal film potentiometer

  The resistance body of the metal film potentiometer can be composed of alloy film, metal oxide film, metal foil, etc. It is characterized by high resolution, high temperature resistance, low temperature coefficient, low dynamic noise and good smoothness.
