  1. Measure contact resistance

With the resistance of the multimeter, measure the resistance of the normally closed contact and the moving point, and the resistance value should be 0, (the contact resistance value can be measured in a more accurate way within 100 milliohm); The resistance of the normally open contact and the moving point is infinite. So you can tell that one is a normally closed contact and that one is a normally open contact.

  2. Measure coil resistance

The resistance value of the RF sensor coil of the power relay can be measured with the multimeter R×10Ω to determine whether there is an open circuit phenomenon in the coil.

3, measure the suction voltage and suction current

Find the adjustable voltage regulator power supply and ammeter, input a group of voltages to the power relay RF sensor, and connect the ammeter in series in the power supply loop for monitoring. Slowly increase the power supply voltage. When you hear the power relay RF sensor sucking sound, record the sucking voltage and sucking current. For accuracy, try the average several times.

4, measure the release voltage and release current

It is also connected like the above test, when the power relay RF sensor is drawn, and then gradually reduce the supply voltage, when the power relay RF sensor is heard to release the sound again, record the voltage and current at this time, you can also try several times to obtain the average release voltage and release current. Under normal circumstances, the release voltage of the power relay RF sensor is about 10 ~ 50% of the suction voltage, if the release voltage is too small (less than 1/10 of the suction voltage), it can not be used normally, which will pose a threat to the stability of the circuit, and the selection work is not reliable.
