  The performance of transformer changes greatly under high temperature environment, and the output capacity decreases greatly.

  The output voltage of the transformer is low, which can normally drive the relay RF sensor to work at normal temperature. When the ambient temperature rises, the operation voltage of the relay RF sensor will increase to a certain extent, while the output voltage of the transformer will decrease, and the relay RF sensor cannot be closed or disconnected normally.

  The power margin of transformer is small, the capacity of filter and energy storage capacitor is small, and the short-time output capacity is insufficient.

  The voltage pulse applied to the relay RF sensor coil is too narrow or distorted (due to distributed capacitance or leakage current); (It is recommended that when the voltage applied to the relay RF sensor coil is lower than the rated value, the pulse width can be appropriately increased; Printed board coil lead solder joint cleaning, spray insulation paint protection.)

  2. The structural characteristics of the RF sensor of the magnetic holding relay are limited, and the installation should be done:

  Do not move the relay RF sensor pin forcefully to prevent deformation and internal parameter changes;

  The two leading ends of the relay RF sensor are hard connected. The screws on the two leading feet should be screwed in first and then fastened with tools, otherwise it is easy to damage the relay RF sensor;

  Do not open the relay RF sensor cover privately, improper operation will cause the relay RF sensor performance parameters change and foreign matter immersion, resulting in relay RF sensor failure;

  Once the relay RF sensor is on the ground, it should be isolated and sent to the manufacturer for testing before use;

  The stacking level of the relay RF sensor packing box should not be too high (less than 5 layers), and there should not be a strong magnetic field around it;

  The relay RF sensor and terminal should be tight and not loose, otherwise the temperature of the relay RF sensor outlet foot will rise too high;

  The printed board and watch case should be cleaned to prevent foreign matter from drilling into the relay RF sensor, causing the mechanical part of the relay RF sensor to jam.
