　　The main reason for the switching potentiometer with large rotation noise is due to the wear of the resistor, so that the contact between the moving plate and the resistor is poor, the resistance value is large and small, resulting in a "click, click" sound, the multimeter can be used to detect the above-mentioned method, you will find that the pointer has a jump phenomenon.

　　For the switch potentiometer with such a fault, the cleaning method can be used to eliminate the fault. That is, the cotton ball dipped in water-free alcohol with tweezers is placed close to the rotating shaft, so that the alcohol is injected into the resistor along the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is constantly turned until the noise disappears.
