Principle and application of RF sensor of magnetic holding relay

　　Magnetic holding relay RF sensor is a new type of relay RF sensor, which is widely used in THOMCAST solid-state machines. There are as many as nine of these relay RF sensors in the interface interconnection board.

　　The difference between magnetic holding relay RF sensor and general relay RF sensor is:

　　(1) Most magnetic holding relay RF sensors have two coils, and the principle is that one is the setting coil (set) and the other is the reset coil (reset). (There are also RF sensors with single coil magnetic holding relays)

　　(2) The set and reset terminals can be continuously powered on and can also be triggered by pulses. In the application, it should be noted that (1) the two coils are not energized at the same time (if they are energized at the same time, the relay RF sensor is in the set state). (2) When the magnetic holding relay RF sensor is used for pulse drive, the pulse width should be greater than 30 milliseconds. (3) reset voltage principle, the application should not exceed 150% of the rated voltage, otherwise it is possible to reset.

　　In the selection of spare parts, as long as the installation position, coil voltage, contact principle, the application current can meet the requirements.

　　(3) With hold function, once set or reset, even if the coil power off, the relay RF sensor still maintains the original state.

　　Magnetic holding relay RF sensor advantage is that magnetic holding relay RF sensor, with holding function, in the event of power failure and other situations, the power supply principle, the application can be restored immediately after the broadcast, without waiting for the control system to restart and then start working. Of course, there are two control ends, and the more cumbersome control is its defect.
