　　3. If the welding temperature is too high or the welding time is too long, the tapped potentiometer terminal may cause damage to the tapped potentiometer. Pin type terminal welding should be 235 ° C ±5 ° C, 3 seconds to complete, welding should be more than 5MM from the tap type potentiometer body, do not use solder flow through the circuit board during welding; Wire terminal welding should be completed within 3 seconds at 350 ° C ±10 ° C. And the terminal should avoid heavy pressure, otherwise easy to cause poor contact.

　　4. When welding, the height of rosin (flux) into the printing press plate is adjusted properly, and the flux should be avoided into the tapped potentiometer, otherwise it will cause poor contact between the brush and the resistor, resulting in INT and noise.

　　5. Tap type potentiometer is best used in voltage adjustment structure, and the wiring mode should choose "1" pin ground; The current adjusting structure should be avoided, because the contact resistance between the resistor and the contact plate is not conducive to the passage of large currents.

　　6. The surface of the tapped potentiometer should avoid condensation or water droplets, and avoid use in wet places to prevent insulation deterioration or short circuit.

　　7. When installing the "rotary type" tap potentiometer in fixing the nut, the strength should not be too tight to avoid destroying the screw or bad rotation; When installing the "iron shell straight slide" tapped potentiometer, avoid using too long screws, otherwise it may hinder the movement of the slide handle, or even directly damage the tapped potentiometer itself.

　　8. In the process of tapping potentiometer cover knob, the thrust can not be too large (can not exceed the "specification" in the shaft push pull parameter index), otherwise it may cause damage to the tapping potentiometer.
