  1, rated input voltage

  It is the maximum allowable voltage effective value of steady-state resistive load that can be borne under specified conditions. If the controlled load is unsteady or non-resistive, it is necessary to consider whether the selected product can withstand the maximum resultant voltage generated when the operating state or condition changes (hot/cold conversion, static/dynamic conversion, solid and solid state relays RF sensors, parameters, selective induction potential, transient peak voltage, change period, etc.). For example, when the load is inductive, the selected rated output voltage must be greater than twice the power supply voltage value, and the blocking (breakdown) voltage of the selected product should be higher than twice the peak load power supply voltage. For example, in the case of AC 220V power supply voltage and general low-power non-resistive load, it is recommended to choose SSR products with rated voltage of 400V-500V; Solid and solid state relays RF sensors, parameters, optional but for single-phase or three-phase motor loads that are frequently started, it is recommended to use SSR products with a rated voltage of 660V-700V.

  2, rated output current and surge current

  Rated output current refers to the given conditions (ambient temperature, rated voltage, power factor, radiator or not, etc.) Therefore, SSR derating is used by 20%-30%. For white woven lamp loads, SSR should be used by 50% derating, and appropriate protection circuits should also be added. For transformer loads, the rated current of the selected product must be more than twice the operating current of the load. For induction motors with load, the rated current value of the selected SSR should be 2-4 times the running current of the motor, and the surge current value of the SSR should be 10 times the rated current.
