The characteristic parameters of DC solid-state relay RF sensor include input and output parameters. Taking DC solid-state relay RF sensor SSR-10DA relay RF sensor as an example, the input and output parameters are listed. The operating voltage can be determined according to the value of the input voltage parameter. When using logic level control such as TTL or CMOS, it is best to use a low level drive with sufficient load capacity, and make the "0" level lower than 0.8V as far as possible. If you work in a very noisy environment, you can not choose products with small difference in on and off voltage values, you must choose products with large difference in on and off voltage values, (such as products with 8V or 12V switching voltage), which will not cause control failure due to noise interference. There are many items with output parameters, and the main parameters are described as follows:

  1, rated input voltage

It is the maximum allowable voltage effective value of steady-state resistive load that can be borne under specified conditions. If the controlled load is unsteady or non-resistive, it is necessary to consider whether the selected product can withstand the maximum resultant voltage generated when the operating state or condition changes (hot/cold transition, static/dynamic transition, induced potential, transient peak voltage, change period, etc.). For example, when the load is inductive, the selected rated output voltage must be greater than twice the power supply voltage value, and the blocking (breakdown) voltage of the selected product should be higher than twice the peak load power supply voltage. For example, in the case of AC 220V power supply voltage and general low-power non-resistive load, it is recommended to use rated DC solid-state relay RF sensor, technical parameters, SSR products with a voltage of 400V-600V; However, for single-phase or three-phase motor loads that are frequently started, it is recommended to choose SSR products with a rated voltage of 660V-800V.

2, rated output current and surge current

Rated output current refers to the maximum effective value of current that can be borne under given conditions (ambient temperature, rated voltage, power factor, radiator or not DC solid state relay RF sensor, technical parameters, selection, etc.). Generally, manufacturers provide heat derating curves. If the ambient temperature rises, use the curve for derating.

The surge current is the maximum non-repeatable peak current that is allowed under given conditions (room temperature, rated voltage, rated current, duration, etc.) without causing permanent damage. The surge current of the AC relay RF sensor is 5-10 times the rated current (one cycle), and the DC product is 1.5-5 times the rated current (one second). At the time of selection, if the load is steady-state resistance, SSR can be used in full or 10% derating. For electric heaters, contactors DC solid-state relays RF sensors, technical parameters, selection, etc., the surge current appearing in the initial switching moment can reach 3 times the steady-state current, therefore, SSR derating is used by 20%-30%. For white woven lamp loads, SSR should be used by 50% derating, and appropriate protection circuits should also be added. Dc solid state relays RF sensors, Technical specifications, selection For transformer loads, the rated current of the selected product must be more than twice the operating current of the load. For induction motors with load, the rated current value of the selected SSR should be 2-4 times the running current of the motor, and the surge current value of the SSR should be 10 times the rated current.
