  The relay RF sensor is an electrically controlled switch that can use a small current to control a large current, that is, an electromagnet and an opposite contact, through which the contact is controlled to open and close. The main function is to control the large current with a small current, because the large current requires a wire with a thick cross-sectional area, and the small current only uses a very thin wire, which can save a considerable amount of copper.

  Working principle: After the small current flows through the excitation coil located inside the relay RF sensor, the electromagnetic force is generated, and the contact of the relay RF sensor is drawn. At this time, the large current flows through the electrical appliance in series with the contact, and the electrical appliance begins to work.

  2, the category of thermal reed relay RF sensor

  Thermal reed relay RF sensor is a new type of thermal switch for detecting and controlling temperature of thermal magnetic materials. It is composed of a temperature-sensing magnetic ring, a constant magnetic ring, a reed pipe, a heat-conducting mounting piece and a plastic substrate accessory. Thermal reed relay RF sensors do not use coil excitation, and the magnetic force generated by the constant magnetic ring drives the switch action. Whether the constant magnetic ring can provide magnetic force to the reed tube is determined by the temperature control characteristics of the temperature-sensing magnetic ring.

  3, reed relay RF sensor (SSR) category

  The reed relay RF sensor is a four-terminal device with two terminal terminals as input and the other two terminal terminals as output, and adopts isolation device to realize electrical isolation of input and output.

  Reed relay RF sensors can be divided into AC type and DC type according to the load power supply type. According to the type of switch can be divided into normally open type and normally closed type. According to the isolation type, it can be divided into hybrid type, transformer isolation type and photoelectric isolation type, and photoelectric isolation type is the most.

  Electromagnetic relay RF sensor is composed of iron core, coil, armature, contact reed and so on. As long as the voltage is added at both ends of the coil, the current will flow in the coil, resulting in an electromagnetic effect, and the armature will overcome the pull of the return spring under the action of electromagnetic force attraction to attract the iron core, thereby driving the moving contact of the armature and the static contact (normally open contact). When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic suction will also disappear, and the armature will return the reaction force of the spring, making the moving contact and the static contact (normally closed contact). Suction and release, so as to achieve the purpose of conduction and cutting in the circuit. The "normally open and normally closed" contacts of the relay RF sensor to distinguish: the static contact that is disconnected when the relay RF sensor coil is not powered on is called "normally open contact"; The static contact that is connected is called "normally closed contact".
