  Industrial pressure sensors are sensors used to measure the pressure of liquids or gases. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:

  Pressure sensitive components:

  Industrial pressure sensors use pressure sensitive components, such as resistive sensors, capacitive sensors, etc. These components are capable of sensing changes in external pressure and converting them into electrical signals.

  Signal conversion:

  The electrical signals generated by pressure sensitive components are amplified and processed by signal conversion circuits, and converted into standard electrical signal outputs, such as analog signals (4-20mA, 0-10V) or digital signals (RS485, CAN).

  Data interpretation and display:

  After signal processing, the electrical signal can be visually displayed as pressure values through display devices (such as instruments, touch screens), or further processed and analyzed through data interpretation devices (such as PLC, DCS).
