　　Liquid dissatisfaction is caused by insufficient back pressure or poor installation position of the flow sensor, resulting in the measurement tube not being filled with liquid. The fault phenomenon varies depending on the degree of incompleteness and flow conditions. If a small amount of gas flows in a layered or wavy manner in a water pipe, the fault phenomenon is manifested as an increase in error, that is, the measured flow value does not match the actual value; If the flow is a bubble flow or a plug flow, the fault phenomenon will not only be that the measured value does not match the actual value, but also result in output shaking due to the instantaneous covering of the electrode surface by the gas phase; If the cross-sectional area of gas in the stratified flow of a horizontal pipeline increases, that is, the degree of liquid underfilled increases, output shaking will also occur. If the liquid underfilled situation is severe, resulting in the liquid level below the electrode, output overfilled phenomenon will occur. The faults that may arise from the presence of other substances in the liquid include slurry noise; The conductive deposition layer or insulating deposition layer covers the electrode or lining; Surface contamination of electrodes; The lining is worn or covered by sediment, resulting in a reduced cross-sectional area for circulation. If conductive substances deposit on the insulation lining of the electromagnetic flow sensor measuring tube, the flow signal will be short circuited and the instrument will fail. Due to the gradual deposition of conductive materials, this type of fault usually does not occur during the debugging period, but rather after a period of operation before it becomes apparent.
