  On site assembly of RF admittance level switches:

  1. For on-site assembly design, but still try to assemble in places where vibration and corrosive air can cause mechanical damage. For the convenience of debugging, the dashboard should be assembled in a position with an operating platform or similar platform. The working environment temperature should be between -40~75 * C (140~75 * F). The dashboard assembly area requires wall lightning protection devices to prevent lightning.

  2. When assembling the dashboard, it is necessary to ensure that the central probe and shielding layer of the sensor do not touch the container wall (or assembly tube), have good insulation resistance, firmly connect the assembly thread to the container, make good electrical contact, and ensure that the ground end of the sensor enters the interior of the container. For places with large distances or mixing, sensors must be supported or anchored firmly, but the stable end must be insulated and resistant to the sensor.

  3. The instrument panel assembled according to explosion-proof requirements must be equipped with certified sealing packing boxes or explosion-proof steel pipe sealing connectors for each wiring connected to the explosion-proof casing. The instrument panel assembled according to this requirement must be equipped with certified safety gratings on each circuit.

  4. The ripple of 24VDC power supply shall not exceed 200MV. The ground wire of the switch power supply should be connected to a standard or standard instrument panel ground, not to the power ground. It is recommended to use shielded cables for on-site switch power cables, which can be used for parallel execution with AC power cables over long distances without shielding. The cable passing through the area requires a wall lightning protection device to prevent lightning.

  5. Before opening the explosion-proof housing of the instrument panel assembled according to explosion-proof requirements, it is necessary to ensure that the instrument panel has been powered off and has been powered off for more than 10 minutes.
