Microwave level switch is a level detection switch based on the principle of microwave extremely narrow pulse detection. Consisting of three electrically isolated units: transmitter, receiver, and amplifier. The transmitter and receiver are installed face-to-face. The transmitting device emits microwaves to the receiving device, and when the microwaves are blocked by an object, the receiver outputs a relay signal.

This instrument is paired for installation and use. This instrument has advantages such as high stability and intelligent adaptive power supply design. When materials absorbing microwaves appear on the same plane as the receiver, the microwave beam will not reach the receiver, and therefore the receiver will not be able to detect the microwave beam. When the receiver detects a microwave beam and the status changes, it will trigger the relay action.

Microwave level switches are generally used in process control to monitor the presence and flow of materials in the silo or warehouse, as well as to detect the level of monitoring points. The blockage detector can also be used as a proximity switch in the automotive industry, such as dump trucks and rail cars.

The product adopts a modular design concept and is equipped with functional indicator lights, which can facilitate and simplify the setting and maintenance of the instrument on site, allowing users to obtain relevant information in a simple and intuitive manner. This not only facilitates adjustment and maintenance, but also makes it safer and more reliable in complex industrial situations.
