Working principle of radio frequency admittance level meter
The working principle of radio frequency admittance level meter is to measure and control the level of materials based on the changes in reactance (capacitance and impedance) between the sensor and the tank body. The internal structure of the electronic device unit is composed of a balanced bridge circuit composed of a sensor measuring electrode and a reactor between the unloaded tank body, thereby generating a stable oscillation data signal. When the test medium covers the sensor measurement pole, it will cause a change in the reactor between the sensor measurement pole and the tank body, resulting in an imbalance in the bridge circuit and stopping the generation of oscillation data signals. The subsequent circuit will detect this change and output an alarm signal. The oscillation data signal is applied as an RF signal to the sensor measurement pole, and then passed through a 1:1 voltage follower before being sent to the sensor protection pole. The RF signals of the measurement pole and the protection pole have equal potential, same phase, same frequency, and mutual protection. When there is a hanging material on the sensor, if there is no potential difference between the measuring pole and the protective pole, an electrical isolation is formed to ensure that the signal change of the protective pole does not affect the detection. Therefore, the change of the reactor on the measuring pole of the sensor can only be determined by the raw material between the measuring pole and the tank body, so that the hanging material on the sensor will not affect normal detection.
