The radar frequency has a significant impact on the radar performance, including antenna transmission gain, effective receiving area (at a certain transmission gain), transmission power, receiver noise, propagation loss, meteorological echoes, etc. It largely determines important indicators such as radar type, operating range, accuracy, resolution, anti-interference ability, volume weight, maneuverability, and cost. Therefore, radar frequency is the most important parameter among all radar parameters.
